I am a PhD student (since fall 2020) at the Department of Physics of Indiana University, advised by Prof. Jon Urheim.

Currently I am involved in the Deep Underground Neutrino Exmperiment (DUNE), a next-generation accelerator neutrino experiment. My research centers on the Photon Detecion System and ProtoDUNEs, the prototype detectors for DUNE Far Detectors.

Prior to Indiana University, I obtained my B.S. from the Department of Modern Physics, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) [2016 - 2020]. (Download my CV)

  • [Mar 17, 2026]   I attended the APS Global Physics Summit 2026 in Denver, Colorado. The latest result of my Michel electron study was presented (link). The title of my talk is Michel e Studies in the DUNE Far Detector Prototpye. Statistics was increased and event selection worksflow was updated. Slides can be found here.

  • [Jan 29, 2026]   I made a presentation during DUNE Jan CM. The title is Light Signals from Michel Electrons in PD-HD. It presented the updated MC study and the first preliminary lifetime measurement in real ProtoDUNE-HD data.
